First, we established that to achieve a goal you must be willing to GO for it. The next thing required for the achievement of a goal is another word found in it “LOG”.
One of the Webster dictionary definitions of Log is “to make a note or record of : enter details of or about in a log”. From this, it means you should do proper follow up on your goals.
First, you pen down the goal and what it will take you to achieve that goal. The next thing is you begin to take note of each step that has been taken in relation to the achievement of that goal.
Your goals must be MEASURABLE and there must be a board or paper or anything that helps you measure your progress. With that, you know what has been achieved so far and what is left to be achieved.
This is one great issue most individuals have. They have a goal but it is not penned down anywhere, therefore, there’s no way they can properly measure their progress. This is why many turn back when all that is left is one more strike to discover their diamond. Do you have a log?
Set your goals, pen them down, strategize how you intend to achieve them, then take account of your progress with your LOG. This is how to go after a goal and get results.
