Hi, it’s nice to have you here either as a first timer or a regular, we will love to see you around more often.
Having discussed the the sources of information, the two sides of information and the need for acting upon information gathered, we need to discuss briefly what happens in between getting information and action that makes us act on one information and ignore the other.
IN-formation, the essence of every information that comes your way either in form of knowledge or ideas is to get IN to you. It wants to find expression IN you and this is the key determinant of action.
Until an information gets into you, you can’t act on it, at most you act on it with no result because you haven’t digested it. But once an information is able to find expression in you, you act on it.
If there’re things in the past you’ve been informed about but didn’t make a move on them, it simply means they didn’t find expression in you either because you didn’t allow them get into you at all or the thoughts of not having resources to execute them choke life out of those information.
Someone might say, what if I want to act on a particular information that really caught my interest but I don’t have what it takes yet to start? Do you know writing the information down in a place you can always see it is an action? Keeping your mind on that information and trying to open possibilities of how to get it running is also an action? Reading up free materials online as regards that information is also an action.
Therefore action doesn’t necessarily mean executing the information to make it an immediate reality rather it means drawing out a plan as to how the reality can be executed step by step.
Information doesn’t change anything, action does but remember until it gets IN to you, you can’t act on it.
